1. Can I track my order once shipped?
Yes. You will receive an email with tracking information (via the email address given at time of purchase).
2. How do I cancel my order and can I get a refund?
By emailing firstname.lastname@example.org one month prior to expected shipment date. Yes, you will be refunded minus any fees. Please refer to the Refund policy.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Currently the wait time is over 7 months.
4. What if the product does not fit?
Products cannot be altered once assembled, so please ensure you choose the correct size from the sizing chart provided.
5. Can I request custom orders?
Unfortunately, custom orders are unavailable at this stage.
6. Can the fingers actually pick up things/ can they be used as normal fingers?
Yes they can however, they are a costume accessory and should be used with care.
7. Where are you based?
We are based in Western Australia.
8. Do you offer local pick up?
9. How durable are they?
The best way to try and answer this question is that you can drop them from a short height but I wouldn't recommend throwing them at a wall.
10. Are they waterproof?
They can get wet and be submerged for short amount of time, but please ensure you dry them thoroughly so the metal components do not rust.
11. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. Please note, some countries may charge TAX/VAT at customs which is out of our control.
We are finding longer expected delays for some countries, even if express post is chosen.
12. Can I change the currency?
Yes, currency is automatically set to AUD, but this can be changed on the top right of the website.
