SHIPPING UPDATE

Any USA tariffs will need to be paid by the customer prior to shipping. An invoice will be sent once your order is ready.

 

Sign on Delivery and Insurance will incur further costs.

General Delivery Terms

We deliver to the address used at checkout when placing your order, please email us if your address needs to be changed. Please note we are unable to specify time frames of delivery once they leave our hands. You will be provided a tracking number via email once your items have been posted.

Once an order is shipped, ownership of the package is turned over to the local postal company in the buyer’s country and to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information. Insurance is available on request for an additional cost.

You are responsible to contact us for any orders returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the delivery company after a missed delivery. You are responsible to contact us with the correct address for postage and to cover the costs of shipping the item back to you. Please keep an eye on your tracking progress.

Shipping upgrades are available at checkout, please note this does not change the processing time, it changes how your item will ship after it is processed in the stated time frames.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend you contact your local Post Office for any questions. Insurance is available upon request to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to purchase insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged during shipping, we cannot provide a refund. In the case of your shipment being lost or damaged in transit, you are responsible to file the claim with your local Post Office. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service selected. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment. We are not responsible for any weather-related damage or delays. Once a package leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.

Please make sure your address is correct when placing your order as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are not automatically insured, if you would like to purchase insurance please email: garyfaycreations@yahoo.com ay any time prior to your order being completed and we will send you a separate invoice for insurance. We are not responsible for packages once it is transferred to the local Post Office, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the Post Office loses the package unless you have purchased insurance.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments. We will not refund shipping fees on returns initiated by the customer or for refunds issued by us on items that due to user error were used incorrectly or damaged. Only if we sent the wrong product and you decide you don't want a replacement, we will refund the shipping fee, we will request the items back or that you destroy the product and provide photographic proof that the product is no longer usable before we process the refund.

Deliveries to countries outside Australia

Please note that orders delivered outside of Australia may incur custom/tax charges and this is the responsibility of the buyer. Custom charges vary between countries and it is advised to contact your customs office for more information. Items may be delayed due to customs which is out of our control. We are unable to change the value of the items shipped.
